              About Us

We are Tim and Debbie Smith and we are the owners of Toccoa River Services, LLC. Blue Ridge Cabin Care is the latest addition to our list of services available. We also do land acquisition and project management.

Tim is a Fannin County native. He is descended from one of the original families who settled in Blue Ridge and has lived here all his life.

Why we started Blue Ridge Cabin Care

We live just off Aska Rd. below Deep Gap and many of our friends and neighbors have experienced the challenges of owning a second home.

Finding burst water pipes two days before Christmas, birds flying into upper story windows, trees falling across mountain driveways...all these things have happened to our  friends. Why should you drive up to your vacation home, only to deal with these situations when you get here? You don’t have to!

Why you should call us

We have a great network which includes members of local law enforcement, other business owners, government officials and many other good people in the area. We are pleased to make available verbal or written references.
