Weekly walk-around visit to check  to check premises
Light debris removal
Outdoor appliance checks (Hot tubs, heat pumps)
Front porch swept weekly
LP tank level check
Extra visit after severe weather
Water garden plants (if water is on!)

 

Basic Cabin Watch

Same as Basic PLUS:
Monthly interior check, including plumbing and appliances that may cause you concern
Light and heat turn off/on service
Alarm call response
Air filter checks, changed if needed
With 12 month agreement, 2 on-call daytime visits included

 

 

Premier Cabin Watch

This would include any of the above services in addition to your special requests. Maybe you want a check on your home twice a week or inside checks more often. It’s up to you!

Custom Cabin Watch

This is a special service available to our package holders. We will meet your deliveries, contractors or utility workers at your home. We can allow them entrance or wait while they perform their work. Our usual charge for this service is $25 for the first hour during business hours.

On-call visits

Tim met with the Fannin County Sheriff’s Department and they asked for us to record serial numbers and photograph belongings such as TV’s and computers to aid in their recovery should they be stolen! This will be included in the Premier Package!
